The Sustainable Change Achieved through LInking Improved Nutrition and Governance (SCALING) program is designed to enhance the nutritional status of adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating women, and children <5 years in 14 districts across the provinces of Luang Prabang, Luang Namtha, Phongsaly, Huaphanh in Laos. The program was implemented in the period December 2017-December 2021 by a consortium of INGOs–Save the Children (SCI), CARE, ChildFund Laos (CFL), and Comite de Cooperation au Laos (CCL) under its broader Partnership for Improved Nutrition in Lao PDR (PIN).
