Ms. Vethaka has been with the company since 2019. Prior to joining LSR she worked for Nam Ngiep 1 hydropower project. Therefore, her experience ranges from small to large projects in various sectors. She has also received training in business writing, time management, and community data collection. Her responsibilities include managing client communication, handling project proposals, budgeting, and leading quality checks. She is an Assistant Manager of the Lao Social Research company.
