After graduating from the Southern Forestry College in Community Forestry in 1994, Bouasavanh worked for five years as a Program Officer at Save the Children UK, mainly working on health and water related projects. She then took a position at the Vientiane Youth Development Centre, which led to her life-long interest in youth employment and adjustment issues.

Ms. Vethaka has been with the company since 2019. Prior to joining LSR she worked for Nam Ngiep 1 hydropower project. Therefore, her experience ranges from small to large projects in various sectors.

Manosone TRAYMANY holds an Educational Diploma in French Language from the Department of French at the National University of Laos. Additionally, she has completed a Computer and Accounting course. She is responsible for entering daily expenses into the company’s accounting system and oversees various aspects of corporate management.

Toumkham PHILAVONG obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of State Law at the University of Laos. She is in charge of HR and procurement.

Naphalay BOUDSAVHAT holds a Diploma in Business Administration and has received training in data collection. She conducts interviews and ensures data accuracy through quality checks.

Lattanaphone HATHANAVONG possesses a Higher Diploma in Accounting and has completed training in Community Data Collection. She demonstrates proficiency in managing fieldwork teams and coordinates with stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy.

Ouliya KHAMVONGSA holds a Bachelor in Business Administration. She is responsible for handling tasks related to cashier and logistic functions.

Sakaithip DOUANGMANO holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from Pakpasak Technical College. She serves as a Team Leader Assistant, overseeing both qualitative and quantitative teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Souksakhone VONGSAVANG holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the National University of Laos. Responsibilities include preparing questionnaires, planning fieldwork, and managing teams.

Lounny CHANTHABOUSONE completed her Bachelor’s degree in the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, University of Laos. With training in tools, questionnaires, and data collection preparation, she engages in conducting interviews and performs quality checks.
